SONIa bartuccelli

Sonia Bartuccelli has loved and lived dance since her early childhood. From the ballet halls of classical academies, her path first took her to the renowned Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance in Munich. After graduating, she moved abroad, where she trained in various styles in the USA at the Broadway Dance Center in NYC and at The Edge and Millenium in LA, among others.

Today, Sonia is one of Germany's most versatile dancers, whose versatility ranges from classical ballet, jazz dance and contemporary to hip hop and commercial.

As a freelancer, she appeared on stage with national and international acts and artists (e.g. Cheryl Cole, David Garrett, Helene Fischer, Lou Bega, Udo Lindenberg, and many more) and worked in numerous productions in the corporate events sector (Breitling, BMW, Airbus, Porsche, Mercedes, VW and many more) and in TV shows (X-Factor, Let's Dance, ECHO, Dance Dance Dance, Golden Camera and many more). Tours with Helene Fischer, David Garrett or performances for the Flying Steps (Flying Bach) are just as much a part of her career as engagements at the Komische Oper Berlin (West Side Story) or the Wintergarten Variété and Stars in Concert.

In addition to her ongoing work as a dancer, Sonia takes great pleasure in passing on her passion and knowledge. In 2016, she launched the compact dance training program Advanced Dance Program. Regardless of the context, it is always a particularly important to her to enable her students to express emotions through movement and by applying the dance technique they have learnt.

Sonia is booked for pop acts, music videos, films, live and TV shows, theatre productions as well as circus and fashion events. Her work also includes international, exclusive galas, including Ritz Carlton (Bahrain), Fairmount Nile City Hotel (Cairo), Michalsky, Michelin, Breitling, Porsche, IAA Opening Show, Covestro, BMW, Vorwerk, Siemens and many more. More information can be found on her website.

Nelody

The conFUSION concept explores connections between and within different dance styles and cultures and draws inspiration from contemporary dance, hip hop and other dance styles and performance practices. The focus of the conFUSION concept is on each individual's unique dance style and the process of learning new tools related to movement, dance and performance. "We live in the age of 'cross-genre' and the inspiration we can draw from 'The Unknown' is endless." - Melodie Nelody is the creator of the conFUSION concept, her dance practice and philosophy. In the conFUSION course, Nelody leads the participants through exercises that introduce them to their perception of dance. The exercises, drills and routines she offers are based on various dance techniques (contemporary dance, hip hop, popping, etc.) and somatic practices. Participants can expand and deepen their perception of dance and ultimately create their own style and artistic identity. One of the most important parts of conFUSION classes and Nelody's work are the participants and all the different dance styles and cultures that come together. Nelody facilitates the space and together we play, exchange and discover new perspectives to understand dance and performance - and ourselves.

Monika Meiners

In creative children's dance, the children experience new forms of movement and body awareness. Through the playful experience of dance elements and techniques (ballet, jazz dance, hip hop, creative dance), motor skills and the ability to concentrate are trained while the children have a lot of fun. I take my young dancers on a journey into fantasy worlds from which each child takes their own impressions home. Another element of my lessons are creative dance games with a focus on coordination, responsiveness, orientation, balance and rhythmic feeling.
