CHILDREN'S DANCE

Children & Teens

Children's dance is early dance and music education at a young age. During children's dance, children learn forms of movement in a playful way to different rhythms and styles of music. In doing so, they train awareness of how to deal with their own body, movements and rhythm.

Through rhythmic and spatial games, dance exercises and easy choreography, children improve their coordination and posture and maintain their flexibility. The development of the core of the body and the power of expression are strengthened.

Physical, mental and social skills are promoted through regular and constant participation in children's dance classes. For this reason we offer courses for both little ones and teenagers.

BALLET

Ballet – also known as classical dance – is an artistic stage dance form. The term ballet is derived from the Italian word “balletto,” which means dance. Ballet is body intelligence and freedom of movement as well as artistic expression of emotions, sense of rhythm and musical understanding.

Ballet training focuses on shaping and moving posture, leg and arm positions. Ballet is a fundamental musical-aesthetic movement theory. Anyone can learn it, whether young or old, big or small - only the goals can vary.
